2019 Annual Report and Accounts incorporating the Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting

Taylor Wimpey plc (the 'Company') has today published its 2019 Annual Report and Accounts which incorporates the Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') which is to be held at 11:00am on Thursday 23 April 2020 at The British Medical Association, BMA House, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9JP.

The Board considers the well-being of our shareholders, employees and customers as a top priority and are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and adhering to Government and Public Health Advice. The situation is changing daily therefore the Board encourages shareholders to watch the Company's website (www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/corporate/investors/shareholder-centre) and regulatory news services for any updates in relation to the AGM that may need to be provided. In the event that the AGM arrangements change, the Company will of course communicate the changes to shareholders.

Shareholders are encouraged to submit their proxies as early as possible, even if they intend to attend the meeting in person. Further information on how shareholders can submit their proxies can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.1.3., the Company announces that copies of the 2019 Annual Report and Accounts incorporating the Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting and the Proxy Form are being posted to shareholders today. A copy of each of the documents, together with the Notice of Availability to shareholders receiving web communications, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at its website:
