Taylor Wimpey plc - Board Committee Change

Taylor Wimpey plc announces that Dame Kate Barker DBE, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and a current member of the Remuneration Committee will be appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 June 2016. Baroness Margaret Ford of Cunninghame, who has chaired the Committee since April 2014, will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee.
