Taylor Wimpey plc ("the Company")
The Company has been notified that Scilla Grimble, Independent Non Executive Director of Taylor Wimpey plc and Chief Financial Officer of Moneysupermarket.com Group plc, will step down from her role at Moneysupermarket.com Group plc and instead take up a newly-disclosable Directorship, as Chief Financial Officer of Deliveroo plc. It is expected that this appointment will commence no later than June 2023.
This disclosure is made pursuant to rule 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
