Statement re. Carroll Litigation
Travelzest PLC announces that Jonathan Carroll, the Company's previous Chief Executive Officer, has initiated litigation in Canada against the Company, its Directors and trading subsidiaires.
The Company believes the claims made in this action have no foundation or merit and has instructed its lawyers to contest the action.
The Company will continue to update the market as appropriate.
