Proposed Directorate Change
Travelzest plc announces that, concurrent with the debt refinancing announced earlier today, the Board has decided to divide the two key roles of Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director which are held by Jack Fraser.
On the appointment of a Finance Director, Jack will assume the role of full time Chief Operating Officer, allowing him to focus on the operational management of the Company and its main trading subsidiaries. The Company expects to appoint a Finance Director, either on a full time or interim basis, by 31 January 2012. Jack is one of the Company's most senior executives and with his attention being focused solely on the Company's operations the Board believes he will be an even greater asset to the Company, its employees, suppliers and trading partners.
