LTIP and Share option awards

Award under the LTIP schemeOn 29 September 2015, the Company granted the award of 1,078,051 shares at nil cost under the Company's approved LTIP Scheme, equivalent to 1.29% of the Company's issued share capital. The following directors were included under the award:-

Award under the ESOP schemeIn addition, on the same date, the Company granted 1,210,000 share options over Ordinary Shares under the Company's approved ESOP Scheme, equivalent to 1.45% of the Company's issued share capital. The strike price of these options is 73.375p per share and no directors were included in the award.

The Company now has a total of 3,983,923 awards outstanding under the LTIP scheme, representing 4.76% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital and a further 3,543,601 share options in existence issued under the rules of the ESOP Scheme, representing 4.23% of the issued share capital. In total, the maximum number of potentially dilutive shares issued under the LTIP and ESOP schemes totals 7,527,524 representing 9.00% of total issued share capital.
