Tottenham Hotspur PLC10 May 2007 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR PLC ("Company") Total Voting Rights Further to previous announcements concerning the facility set up forshareholders in the Company holding 10,000 ordinary shares or less ("SmallShareholders") to be able to dispose of their shares in the Company at nil cost("Nil Cost Dealing Facility"), the Company announces that Small Shareholdershave tendered 18,051 ordinary shares under the Nil Cost Dealing Facility priorto the dealing date of 10 May 2007 and the Company has bought for cancellation18,051 ordinary shares at 108.5p per share. Following this transaction, there are 92,725,423 ordinary shares in issue. Forthe purposes of the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules the total number ofvoting rights in the Company is therefore 92,725,423.
