NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a)
On 27 April 2016 the final portion of the share award granted on 22 August 2014 to Richard Tyson, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, vested.
An Award was therefore released as follows:
