TT Electronics plc - Director Declaration
TT Electronics plc ("the Company") has been informed that Alison Wood, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed to the board of Oxford Instruments plc as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 8 September 2020, subject to the approval of shareholders of Oxford Instruments plc at their Annual General Meeting on that date.
This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules.
