Total announces its interim dividend for the first quarter 2012
Total (Paris:FP) (LSE:TTA) (NYSE:TOT)
The Board of Directors decided on April 26, 2012, to pay an interim dividend of 0.57 euros per share for the first quarter 2012. This interim dividend unchanged versus previous quarter, will be paid on September 27, 2012 (ex-dividend date will be September 24, 2012).
For holders of the Total American Depositary Shares, the ex-dividend date will be September 19, 2012 and the expected payment date will be October 18, 2012.
