Heads of Agreement signed with Nominated Trading Partner

Tri-Star, the integrated antimony development company, is pleased to provide a further update on the Oman Antimony Roaster ("OAR") project.

Strategic & Precious Metals Processing LLC ("SPMP"), a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman and in which Tri-Star owns 40%, has signed a heads of agreement with Traxys Europe SA ('Traxys') appointing Traxys as SPMP's nominated trading partner. In this role, Traxys will supply feedstock and provide offtake and related financing and other services to SPMP. Traxys is a Luxembourg company that sources raw materials, markets and distributes finished products, and provides financing and logistical support to the global metals and minerals industry, including with respect to antimony concentrate and products.

The heads of agreement is intended as the basis of discussions between the parties and does not represent funding or any other commitment from Traxys until such time as definitive agreements are entered into.
