Dividend

Further to the announcement of the Preliminary Results of the Company made on 12 October, Tristel announces that, if approved at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 15 December 2009, the final dividend of the Company will be paid on 18 December 2009 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 20 November 2009.

Tristel has declared a final dividend of 1.295p per share, increasing the total annual dividend by 9.7% to 1.7p per share (2008: 1.55p per share)
