Directors' Dealing
Tristel, the specialist infection and contamination control company, announces that following the Company's successful placing of 2,688,287 ordinary shares at 41pence, which was three times over subscribed, Mr Francisco Soler, Non-Executive Chairman, has today disposed of 769,951 ordinary shares in the Company at 41p per share in order to satisfy institutional demand.
