Directors' Shareholdings
Tristel plc ("Tristel" or the "Company"), the manufacturer of infection control, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that the Company was today informed that Mr Bruce Green, Non-Executive Director, yesterday acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary shares") at a price of 40.69p per share and that Mr Francisco Soler, Non-Executive Chairman, today acquired 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 43p per share.
Following these transactions Mr Green's interest totals 960,016 Ordinary Shares representing 2.4% of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Soler and his family's interests total 7,471,477 Ordinary Shares representing 18.7% of the issued share capital of the Company. These interests are held through certain related vehicles as follows:
