TRISTEL PLC Board Appointment and Change of Registered Address Tristel plc ("Tristel"), the AIM listed provider of infection and contaminationcontrol products, announces the appointment of Antonio Soler as a non-executivedirector with immediate effect. Mr Soler, aged 31, has been a corporate advisor to the Board of Tristel,although not a member of the Board, since the Company's listing on AIM in June2005. Previously Mr Soler worked in the Office of the Chairman at Samsung Group, inSeoul and London, as a Global Strategist. Before that, in 1999, he co-foundedSkillvest Ltd, a European technology company focused on the human capitalsector. Before Skillvest Ltd, Mr Soler worked at Merrill Lynch & Co as afinancial analyst, specialising in M&A and Corporate Finance. There is no further information to disclose in respect of Mr Soler underparagraph (g) of schedule 2 to the AIM rules.
