Belgravium Technologies PLC12 December 2007 For Immediate Release 12 December 2007 Belgravium Technologies plc ("the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding The Company announces that share options over 80,000 new ordinary shares of 5peach in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') have been exercised by Jon Hall, a PDMRand Senior Manager of the Company, under the Company's share option scheme, at aprice of 6.5p per share. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM on or about 20 December 2007. For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinaryshares of 5p in issue, following this exercise of options, is 100,936,547Ordinary Shares, all of which carry one vote. There are no shares which are heldin treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 100,936,547. Thisfigure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations bywhich they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or achange to their interest, in the Company under the Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
