Belgravium, the designer and supplier of computing solutions and services for the mobile computing market, has been informed that on 11 December 2013 Mark Hardy, Chief Executive, bought 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 4.48p per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Hardy's shareholding in the Company has increased to a total of 485,000 shares,
