Result of Annual General Meeting

Update on Trading
The Board of Belgravium Technologies plc, AIM: BVM the designer and supplier of computing solutions and services for the mobile computing market, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.
John Kembery, Chairman of Belgravium, made the following statement:
" There are currently enormous opportunities in the markets served by the Belgravium Group and our sales teams have never been busier. However, as has been the norm during the past year, the conversion of these opportunities into orders has often been subject to frequent delays and re-examination.
Despite this our strong competitive position means that we are both gaining new business and re-opening old accounts. To enhance our conversion rate we have expanded our sales offering by integrating our sales teams and further developed our policy of supplying solutions by bringing in more products and services from new partners.
As a result the Board is confident that the prospects for the year remain good, although as in recent years we expect the result for the year to be significantly second half weighted."
