AGM Statement

At the Annual General Meeting to be held today at 11am, John Kembery, Chairman of Belgravium, will make the following statement:-

"As in previous years, trading in the first quarter of 2009 was slow but showed a marked improvement over the first quarter of 2008. The second quarter is showing some improvement and there are several interesting contracts in the course of negotiation. The timing of a sustained recovery in our markets remains difficult to predict with any degree of certainty but the Board is confident that the company is well placed to benefit when it occurs".
