Blenheim announces that by mutual agreement Mr Chris Cleverly has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect in order to concentrate on other activities.
The Board acknowledges Mr Cleverly's involvement in assisting with the furtherance of the Company's investing strategy and wishes to thank him for his services as a Non-Executive Director of the Company since joining the Board on 16 December 2015.
