Trans-Siberian Gold PLC01 June 2005 news release For immediate release: Wednesday, 1 June 2005 Trans-Siberian Gold plc Completion of second subscription LONDON, 1 June 2005: Trans-Siberian Gold plc ("TSG") (TSG.L) reports thatAngloGold Ashanti Limited ("AGA") has completed the second subscriptionenvisaged in the agreement with AGA dated 30 June 2004 on the revised termswhich were approved by TSG's shareholders at the extraordinary general meetingon 27th May 2005. TSG has issued and allotted 6,131,585 new ordinary 10p sharesat 130p per share for a total consideration of £7,971,060 cash. Application hasbeen made for the new shares to be admitted to the Alternative InvestmentMarket.
