Trans-Siberian Gold plc (TSG.L) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company has resolved to pay an interim dividend of US$ 0.036 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2017. The total dividend payable amounts to approximately US$4 million.

Ex-Dividend date: 12 October 2017
Record date: 13 October 2017
Payment date: 30 October 2017
Payments in pounds sterling will be based on the US$/GBP exchange rate to be determined by the Company and announced shortly.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 110,053,073 ordinary shares.
