Directorate changes

LONDON: 19 June 2013 - Trans-Siberian Gold plc ("TSG" or the "Company") (TSG.L) reports that Robert Sasson, aged 48, has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company. Mr Sasson is Senior Managing Partner of UFG Asset Management, a related party by virtue of its 55.4% shareholding in TSG. In accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, Mr Sasson will retire and seek re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 June 2013.

Mr Sasson is or has been a director or partner of the following companies or partnerships during the previous five years:

Mr Sasson holds 194,700 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.18 per cent. of the total issued voting rights in the Company.

The Company confirms that there are no other matters which are required to be announced with regard to this appointment under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.

TSG also reports that Florian Fenner, a non-executive director of the Company since 2006, retired from TSG's Board of directors on 31 May 2013.
