Asacha mining and production update
8.28 g/t gold processed - highest grade for three years
LONDON: 20 October 2014 - Trans-Siberian Gold plc ("TSG") (TSG.L) reports that mine development at Asacha in the third quarter of 2014 comprised 801 metres while ore extraction (including ore from stoping and mine development) amounted to 49,091 mt. In the first nine months of 2014, an average 13,070 mt per month was processed through the Asacha plant. The average gold grade processed in the third quarter of 2014 was 8.28 g/t, the highest grade achieved in any quarter in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
Third quarter production comprised 7,784 oz. refined gold and 9,121 oz. refined silver.
