The Serious Fraud Office, together with the City of London Police, has commencedan investigation into the affairs of Torex Retail Plc, a company traded on AIM. On the evening of Monday 29 January 2007, a search was conducted at a residential address in Oxfordshire. This morning, Tuesday 30 January, a search was conducted at a second residentialaddress in Oxfordshire. At the same time a search was made at a residentialaddress in Warwickshire. There have been no arrests.
