Tissue Regenix (AIM: TRX), the regenerative medical devices company, announces that on 19 April 2022, Trevor Phillips, Non-executive director, acquired 2,758,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group at a price of 0.5435 pence per share for a total consideration of ÂŁ14,989.73.
As a result, Trevor Phillips' beneficial interest in the Company is 5,535,770 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the total issued share capital.
