Tissue Regenix (AIM: TRX), the regenerative medical devices company, announces that on 10 May 2021, Daniel Lee, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 2,068,750 Ordinary Shares in the Group at a price of 0.69 pence per share for a total consideration of £14,274.38.

As a result, Daniel Lee's beneficial interest in the Company is 2,068,750 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the total issued share capital.
