Director Share Purchase
YORK, 22 November 2013 - Tissue Regenix Group plc (AIM:TRX) ("Tissue Regenix" or "the Group"), the international regenerative medical devices company, has received notification that on 21 November 2013, John Samuel, Executive Chairman of the Group, purchased 148,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence at a price of 13.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Samuel has an interest in the Group of 13,536,928 ordinary shares and a beneficial interest in a further 10,740,000 ordinary shares, in total representing 3.7% of the issued share capital of the Group.
