Torex Retail PLC15 November 2005 Torex Retail plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made for 18,880 ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of theLondon Stock Exchange ("AIM") pursuant to an updated settlement of considerationfor the recommended offer for Anker Plc.
