Torex Retail PLC14 September 2006 Torex Retail plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 4,658,340 ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of theLondon Stock Exchange ("AIM"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued as deferred consideration to theSellers of XN Corporation Africa (Proprietary) Limited which was acquired by XNCheckout Holdings Plc ("XN Checkout") prior to the acquisition of XN Checkout bythe Company.
