TruFin plc announces that it has been notified that Paul Dentskevich, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 45,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65.55 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Dentskevich is beneficially interested in 45,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.05 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
