The following amendment(s) has (have) been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 29 June at 7:00am under RNS No 4374G.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 176,854,505 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each. This figure was used when calculating the Company's issued share capital in its announcement of 29 June 2012 entitled 'Placing to raise Β£1.756 million'

The Company'sΒ issuedΒ shareΒ capital consists ofΒ 176,854,505 ordinary shares with a nominal value ofΒ 1p each ('Ordinary Shares').Β The CompanyΒ does not holdΒ anyΒ OrdinaryΒ Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of votingΒ rights inΒ the CompanyΒ isΒ 176,854,505.

The figure ofΒ 176,854,505 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,Β the CompanyΒ under the FSA's Disclosure andΒ TransparencyΒ Rules.
