Director/PDMR shareholding - acquisition of shares
Transense Technologies plc, the provider of specialist sensor systems, has been notified that Nigel Rogers, Executive Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 56.5p per share through his SIPP. Accordingly, Nigel Rogers' total beneficial shareholding in the Company has increased to 175,000 ordinary shares, which represents 1.07% per cent. of the issued share capital.
