Award of Options
Transense Technologies plc, the provider of sensor systems for the industrial, mining and transportation markets, announces that it has today issued options over 780,000 ordinary shares (the "Options"), under the Transense 2019 Enterprise Management Incentive Option Scheme (the "Scheme"), to Graham Storey, David Ford and Melvyn Segal, the Company's Executive Directors.
The Options provide the right to subscribe for 780,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of £0.75 per Ordinary Share subject to the Company's share price reaching £2.00 and first vesting two years after grant. The Options are granted for a maximum period of 10 years and will expire 13 August 2029.

The Remuneration Committee resolved to grant these Options on the terms set out above. The exercise price was determined by the Remuneration Committee.
