Director Dealing

On 19 September 2014 the Company was notified that the non-beneficial holding of David Kleeman, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman, has reduced by 440,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The beneficial holder of these shares sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 4.75p and 240,000 Ordinary Shares at 4.8p, on 18 and 19 September 2014 respectively.

Following the above transactions, the beneficial holding of David Kleeman in the Company remains unchanged at 3,128,891 Ordinary Shares and his non-beneficial interest is 911,042 Ordinary Shares. In aggregate, these interests amount to 4,039,933 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.37% of the Company's total voting rights.
