Transaction in own shares and Completion of Share Buyback Programme
Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that on 20 May 2024, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each on the London Stock Exchange from Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ('Berenberg'), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 11 January 2024 (the "Buyback Programme").

These purchases successfully complete the Buyback Programme of £20 million announced on 11 January 2024. The total number of shares repurchased under the Buyback Programme since 11 January is 10,594,460 ordinary shares, at an average price of 188.78p for a total consideration of £20.0 million.
