Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Tarsus Group plc has been advised that David Gilbertson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate of Communisis plc. David will join the Communisis plc Board on 1 March 2017 and assume the role of Chairman following the AGM in May.
