PDMR SHAREHOLDING AND ADDITIONAL LISTING
Tarsus Group plc announces that on 30 May 2008 it issued 50,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to its Group Managing Director Douglas Emslie on the exercise by him of options under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme.
These options, which were granted on 19 September 2003, have been exercised over 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 54p per Ordinary Share and as a result Mr Emslie now has a direct interest in a total of 773,205 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.27 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital in the Company.
The Company has been advised that it is Mr Emslie's intention to contribute the 50,000 Tarsus Ordinary Shares acquired by him today into his SIPP.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange plc for these shares to be admitted to the Official List and London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities. Dealings are expected to commence on 6 June 2008.
The total issued ordinary share capital of the Company, inclusive of the present issue, will be 61,127,576 Ordinary Shares.
