Notification of Director/PDMR Interests

Tarsus Group plc announces that following the announcement of its interim results for the year to 30 June 2008, it has issued 583,275 new ordinary shares of 5p each to an Employee Benefit Trust in respect of awards made on 7 August 2008 to senior managers in the Group under the Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 17 April 2008.

Awards of interests in shares have been made to the following directors and/or PDMRs of Tarsus, whose aggregate interests in shares under the Share Incentive Plan and in shares under option under the Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") are set out opposite their names below:

All of the new awards are subject to performance conditions as set out and described in the Company's published Report and Accounts for 2007. Subject to those performance conditions being met, the interests in shares will normally vest on the third anniversary of their acquisition. Nominal payments were made by the executives concerned to acquire their interests in shares.

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the 583,275 new ordinary shares to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company. Admission is expected to take place on 14 August 2008.

Following the issue, the total number of Tarsus ordinary shares in issue is 61,724,851. This announcement has been made for the purposes of DTR 3.1.2R.
