Tarsus Group PLC01 November 2007 Tarsus Group plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights In accordance with the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and TransparencyRules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 60,787,320 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Share") with each OrdinaryShare carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 60,787,320. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Companyunder the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
