Board changes

Tarsus Group plc (LSE: TRS, "Tarsus" or "the Group"), the international business-to-business media group, announces that Hugh Scrimgeour will retire on 31 January 2015 as a Director of Tarsus.

Hugh was appointed as a director of Group on 4 March 2004 serving initially as a non-executive director until 5 March 2014 when he became an executive director focusing on our Chinese operations.

In his role as a non-executive director Hugh served as a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees for the entirety of his tenure as a non-executive director. During this period he was Chairman of the Audit Committee from 4 March 2004 until 31 December 2012. On 1 January 2013 he became Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and was also appointed as the Company's Senior Independent director.

On 5 March 2014 Hugh became an executive director responsible for Tarsus' Chinese Division where he has successfully integrated the SIUF and AAITF acquisitions into the Group, developed a solid strategic plan for the division's future success and recruited a strong operational team. Following the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer for our Chinese operations Hugh will continue to advise the Group on its Chinese strategy.
