Press Speculation
Further to recent press speculation, Tower Resources plc (AIM: TRP) confirms that it intends to shortly complete a placing of new ordinary shares. It is intended that funds raised pursuant to such placing will be utilised for the development of the Company's existing interests in sub-Saharan Africa and for general working capital purposes. A further announcement will be made in due course.
