Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
Tower Resources plc ("Tower"), LN: TRP, the AIM listed exploration company, announces that its Annual Report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011, together with Notice of AGM, has been posted to shareholders.
The AGM is convened to be held at 11.00am on Thursday 7 June 2012 at One America Square, Crosswall, London, EC3N 2SG.
