Trainline plc today announces the appointment of Jennifer Duvalier as Senior Independent Non-executive Director, effective 1st October 2020, and Andy Phillipps as Independent Non-executive Director, effective 1st January 2021. Jennifer and Andy will both be members of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee with Jennifer also joining the Audit and Risk Committee.

Jennifer brings significant experience in people and culture from her previous roles as Executive Vice President, People, for ARM Holdings plc and as Group People and Culture Director at UBM plc. Jennifer is currently a Non-executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Mitie plc and a Non-executive Director of NCC Group plc.

Andy brings a wealth of experience in e-commerce and significant knowledge of technology and marketplaces from his previous role as CEO of Priceline International, now Booking.com. Andy is currently an advisor for iQ Capital, a deep technology venture capital firm, and was previously a Non-executive Director of Albion Development VCT PLC, an investor in higher growth businesses with a strong focus on technology companies.
