Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, Trainline plc (the "Company") announces that Brian McBride has informed the Company that he will step down as a Non-Executive Director of abrdn plc with effect from 10 May 2023.
Brian will continue his appointment as Chair of the Board and the Nomination Committee of Trainline plc.
