Triple Point VCT PLC17 August 2007 Triple Point VCT Plc Interim Management Statement for the Quarter Ended 30 June 2007 Triple Point VCT plc has pleasure in presenting its interim management statementfor the quarter ended 30 June 2007. This constitutes the company's firstinterim management statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2008, asrequired by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.3. During the quarterended 30 June 2007 no shares were issued and no shares were repurchased by thecompany for cancellation. Investment Activity A further £4.7m of qualifying investments were made during the quarter so thatthe company is progressing towards its objective of being 70% invested in VCTqualifying holdings.
