Trinity Exploration & Production plc, the leading independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that it has today posted to shareholders copies of the Report and Accounts together with a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, London EC2A 4ES on 12 June 2013 at 9.30 a.m.
A copy of the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available on the Company's website, www.trinityexploration.com.
