Interim Dividend

The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (the 'Company') is pleased to announce the first quarterly interim dividend in respect of the three month period to 31 March 2021 of 1.69 pence per ordinary share (the "Q1 Dividend"). The shares will go ex-dividend on 13 May 2021 and the Q1 Dividend will be paid on 30 June 2021 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 14 May 2021.

As previously, the Company is offering shareholders a scrip dividend alternative to the Q1 Dividend and the further three interim dividends for the financial year ending 31 December 2021, full details of which can be found in the Scrip Dividend Circular 2021 (the "Scrip Circular") available on the Company's website to view and/or download at www.trig-ltd.com in the Investors 'Reports and Publications' section. It is also available on the National Storage Mechanism website (https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism).

The reference price of the scrip shares in respect of the Q1 Dividend will be calculated and published on or around 20 May 2021.

Shareholders will receive the Q1 Dividend in cash, unless they have previously completed a standing election (a "Scrip Dividend Mandate") to receive scrip shares. Shareholders who would like to receive scrip shares rather than cash, and who have not previously submitted a Scrip Dividend Mandate, should complete the Scrip Dividend Mandate at the back of the Scrip Circular and return it to the Company's UK Transfer Agent, Link Asset Services, by no later than 5.00pm on 9 June 2021.
