The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited (the 'Company')

Interim Dividend

The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 3.11 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the six months ended 31 December 2015, which will be paid on 31 March 2016 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 19 February 2016.

The Company will also be offering shareholders a scrip dividend alternative to this interim dividend. Details will be sent to shareholders (and will be available from the Company's website, www.trig-ltd.com) on or around 1 March 2016. If shareholders wish to receive all or part of this interim dividend by way of new shares in the Company, election forms or CREST election as the case may be need to be filed by 5pm on 15 March 2016. If no action is taken, the interim dividend will be paid as cash, unless a previous standing election was completed.

The Company will announce its results for the year ended 31 December 2015 on 23 February 2016.
