The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 21 March 2016 at 07:00 under RNS No 6153S and is replaced as follows:
THE RENEWABLES INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP LIMITED (the "Company")
The number of Ordinary Shares acquired on vesting of deferred compensation arrangements put in place by the Investment Manager for Richard Crawford has been amended from 20,074 to 31,863, for a total holding of 147,210 and a percentage of issued share capital of 0.020%. All other details remain unchanged

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, in relation to changes in the beneficial interests of the senior executives of the Investment Manager with day-to-day management responsibility in connection with services provided to the Group (being the Company and its wholly owned corporate subsidiaries) please find the following update:
